is he the father?

PLEAAASE no bashing. i KNOW how i got pregnant, and i KNOW that what i did was stupid/wrong/bad... i just kind of need affirmation, i guess.

i went through a rebellious stage in life where i wanted to prove that someone would want me... so i went with the first guy who showed an interest. i slept with him for a while, then cut it off... a month later, i met another man, and we didn't have sex until a few days AFTER i missed my period. i assumed it was from stress, but i am now very much pregnant, and the date of conception falls a few days after i last had sex with window number one. i'm assuming here that first is the father... does that sound about right?

  • It sounds about right. But just to be careful, tell both men there is a chance they might be the father, Then get a DNA test after the baby is born.

I have a friend, that just found out after 14 years that he is not the father, so you should figure out who the father is soon after birth, so the baby can bond with the right man.

And what you did was stupid if you had unprotected sex with both men, but people do it all the time. So dont feel bad about yourself.

  • have both guys tested although guy #1 is probably the winner. You never know if you cycle was off that month and you would have been late anyway.

  • Sounds like #1 is the guy, you'll be able to determine better after you get an ultrasound, they can tell you how many weeks & days you are and you can go back and figure out conception date.
