How long @375 should it take to bake a chicken thigh, bone & skin

  • I bake legs at 350 for an hour or hour and a half.

  • With a chicken thigh you are better off lowering the heat to 300 and cooking it for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The thigh is the toughest part of a chicken and responds better to lower heat and slower cooking.

  • i've always cooked my chicken uncovered but to make it more tender try slicing up some real butteran putting it around the toughest parts of a chicken...i've noticed that helps...my grandmother told me about that........
