  • just check the mercury content in the fish type

    I give my kids talapia ( wild caught ONLY) trout grouper ....

  • If your kid will eat fish, feed it to them! Just dont give them the high mercury varieties and youre good.

  • Go for it. The types of fish they use for fish sticks aren't too high in mercury.
