meal ideas?

I sometimes feel that I make the same meals over and over. I need some sugestions or recipes to some new easy meals.

  • i just made home made tacos....brown some ground beef in a skillet...season it with salt, pepper, a little chilli powder, werstercher(sp) sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and tobasco sauce....put meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese in taco shell and enjoy...yummy and easy

  • Chicken Divan is one of my family's favorite's, served with white rice.

    Chicken Divan

    3-4 lb chicken cooked and boned ( you can use boneless breasts if you want to
    16 oz. bag of frozen broccoli, thawed (I prefer florets)
    2 small cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup (do not add milk or water)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 slices of buttered bread, lightly broiled

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread cooked chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Arrange broccoli over the chicken. Mix canned soups and sour cream together spread over the top. break up lightly broiled bread and arrange on top of soup mixture, sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for 35 - 45 minutes. Serve or white rice, cooked noodles or split biscuits.
