I want to know from anyone out there who has ACTUALLY tried it!

  • It is a natural laxative. So, I won't be trying it. Sounds icky.

  • acai berries are really good for you (and taste GREAT with granola or yogurt), but a balanced diet and a good amount of exercise will always be the best way to lose weight. people hate hearing that.

  • nope. laxatives do help you lose weight but you're disposing of the nutrients you need and put you at risk for dehydration and other issues. i tried it for a short time, it was not good at all.

  • If you want a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off, consider nutritional cleansing. I lost 18 lbs and kept it off for over 7 months now. You can read more here:

  • Your best bet would be diet and excercise.Unless you plan on using a certain product the rest of your life, you want to go with a lifestyle change, one you can stick with.
