this is an unusual question?

i am trying to find a way to get my stepsons addresses so their father can write them. he has not seen them since the oldest one was a year old due to a divorce (the oldest is now 34 and the youngest is 33). we know that they live in texas. we are looking for sites that don't cost alot of money due to low income. he has had no contact due to the divorce and extentuating circumstances. my husband is now 56 and not in the best of health. we have three children of our own (two boys and a girl). i am just trying to get some ideas on what to do and how to go about it. thank you

  • The gals on the adoption forum have lots of research sites. BUT if you know their names and that they live in Texas....do a search on MySpace or Facebook. See what you can find on those.

  • If their names are the same as when the divorce took place it's possible they will be at YellowPages.com. If they have a landline listed in their names they should be there.

  • i completely disagree with the last answer. Your husband is the adult in this situation and it is up to him to find them. IF they don't want to know him when he does find them, that's up to them, but it's up to him to do the searching. There's a CM group called "adoption search resources" go there for ideas.
