When did your child's "soft spot" go away?
My DD is just over 11 months and still has her soft spot on her head. It's probably one to one and a half inches. I always heard that it goes away by a year, but it seems too big to disappear in the next few weeks. A friend suggested maybe she was dehydrated but she stays hydrated and has about 10 wet diapers a day. I am concerned because all my friends with younger kids don't have their's anymore. Is this normal and should I just give it more time or is this something I should ask my Pedi about? Thanks!

I stopped really feeling for it at about 1 year but I'm sure it probably took a few more months. He's 19 months now and although I can't feel it anymore I know his skull isn't completely finished growing.Found an answer to your question?
