i am wondering how dark my babies will b becuaz they are mixed i am having twins

i am having twins a boy and a girl and i wana no if they r gona look like they hav white n them becauz i am white and my husband is very dark becauz he is from sierra leone africa i dont want me babies to look white or black i want them to b rite n the middle lol its a dumb question but im just curious

  • just depends, alot of black babies are born light skinned b.c the melanin hasn't had a chance to fully develop, research it and stop being ignorant

  • You never know. The genetics of skin color isn't something that can be predicted. They can be any color. They could even be lighter than you and darker than their father.

  • Well, my son was born of two white folks and he was freakin' dark for awhile. He is now pasty white. LOL You never know.

  • I'm ghost white and my fiance is a dark skinned puerto rican. My DD came out a beautiful tan. Thank goodness, I didn't want her cursed with my inability to tan.

  • The first answer wasn't very nice! I knew because I have taken college graduate level genetics classes. It would be unrealistic to expect moms on cm to go to grad school.

  • well I'm white and my baby's dad is black... not super dark tho and my son came out with a perfect tan color.... I'm sure your babies will have a beautiful complexion, most mixed babies do

  • impossible to tell. i have some dominican friends with a dark-skinned dad and a light-skinned mom. the 2 daughters are dark-skinned and the son is light-skinned. it all comes down to how your chromosomes came together :)
