I need to learn how match accessory with my clothes,plus learn what shoes go with what.(I have no sense of style).But i'm on a budget but still would like to look nice when i go out. What is the best way to start.

anon is correct.I would add when possible stylish black jeans.To save money wash inside out in cold water with dark wash and hang to dry.Get a signature long chunky necklace in a metal with multi-color stones .Since spring is here a pair of high heeled gladiator style sandals even Target has them.Look at Kohls and Stein-mart for tops or H&M online for tops .Also xxi but some of their tops are super cheap made really not worth the little they charge.Oh think about getting premium jeans at Plato's Closet be very picky.

you can never go wrong with black. Match your shoes and purse in the same color. Since you are on a budget, stick with neutral colors. White, offwhite, or tan for spring and summer. Black, grey, navy blue, or brown for fall and winter. That way you can wear them with whatever you have on. If you stick with gold and silver jewerly you can wear them with everything and a few items will go a long way.
