How did you lose weight?

  • dumbbellI gave up soft drinks, refined sugar, started eating more fish, veggies & fresh fruit. I drink lots of water and green tea. I increased my activities such as riding a bike, walking, strength training

    i also like to get outside to work out...walks, jogs (i would bike if i could!)
    i do salads made with kale and swiss chard...they are so hard to chew and take so long...but the benefits are awesome!!!!
    our family takes probiotics and fish oil too.

  • Oh 7 pounds would be easy. Reduce your sugar intake and get some exercise. I lost 12 lbs in a month and a half doing that and I was already consuming less sugar than the average person.

  • I lost my weight by working out(still do)drinking plenty of water and eating healthy.Dont do something such as carb cutting unless you plan on eating that way the rest of your life.Carbs are not bad,however too many you gain,however your body needs carbs,just consume the healthy ones.Good luck.

  • i started drinking a supplement shake for breakfast and didnt change my diet..the shake made the cravings stop so i stopped eating late night snacks.. and i also do a workout dvd everyday..ive lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks and lost about 8 inches off my body..most was loose skin..

  • I lost it with herbalife. However, for just 7 pounds, I would just do some portion control and up your exercise.

  • Combination of diet & exercise. Start & end each day and each meal w/ a glass of water. Lots of fruits, veggies, yogurt, and trail mix as snacks. 3 meals and 2 snacks each day. Cardio type workouts 5 days a week ...minimum of 30 minutes each time.

    I started with Beachbody's Slim in 6 program for 6 months and now I'm doing Turbo Jam.
