need to loss some pounds

okay i dont have money to go out and get all those workout tools and dont have the money to go out and get those potien shake things, but i need to lose this baby weight. my problem areas are my love handles, lower abs, and my inner thighs. any help ladies. i have cut back on carbs and eat healthy but its just all there. please help

  • WATER WATER WATER!!! I lost 15 lbs in 12 weeks JUST by cutting out sodas and sweet tea. Eat what you want but in moderation and eat til you are satisfied, not full, that's what I did.
