In what way are Kosher products different from "regular" products?

  • they've been blessed, the processing plant and all the people inside and equipment has been blessed by a Rabbi.

    the food itself is grown, produced and manufactured in accordance with Jewish laws (not sure how to put that...its not a LAW law but...) it goes with the religious requirements.

    I used to work in the kitchen of a hotel - we were the only one in the city to provide kosher meals and food. with a Rabbi wandering the kitchens and blessing our equipment (how many chefs can say their knives have been blessed?)
