The last 20 lbs....

I never have trouble getting down to a "healthy weight" but I'm always at the virge of being overweight when I'm in the "healthy" zone. I'd like to lose the extra few pounds so if I gain like 10, I don't have to freak out because I'm clinically over0weight again. I would ran 2 miles every day and do gym excersizes for over and hour on top of watching what I eat and I just stayed put. any advice?

  • Start & end each day and each meal w/ a glass of water.
    Make sure you're doing cardio.
Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks each day.

I do different workout videos ... if you do the same thing over and over, eventually you're gonna get "stuck" because your body is used to the same ole routine ...mix it up. It's called muscle confusion, and works different muscle groups every few days.

PM if you want more info.
