I never have trouble getting down to a "healthy weight" but I'm always at the virge of being overweight when I'm in the "healthy" zone. I'd like to lose the extra few pounds so if I gain like 10, I don't have to freak out because I'm clinically over0weight again. I would ran 2 miles every day and do gym excersizes for over and hour on top of watching what I eat and I just stayed put. any advice?
