  • I am a preschool teacher. Anything you choose will be fine. Just try to keep it the same every week so they get into a pattern and know what to expect.

  • It depends on the kid. My son goes to pre-K 5 days a week for 2 1/2 hours each day.

  • Whatever you want. If we continued living here and my youngest goes to preschool next year it will be the same as this year...2 days a week for 2 hours each day. She's already learned so much this year (she was 3 1/2 when she started and will actually be 4 in a few weeks).

At the school my other kids go to their preschool is 5 days a week 7:50am-2:20pm just like all the other kids.

  • I think it depends if they are able to start kindergarten the next year id say 5 so they can get used to it but if they wont start until they are 6 like my daughter id say 3 days. there is no reason to push them into 5 days of school any earlier than needed. my daughter is 5 and goes mon-fri from 9-11:50am

  • I think the pre-k ours will go to is 5 days, from 8-11. We didn't have the older one in, so he'll go straight into kindergarten. These are the step boys, my own kids never went to pre-k. To be honest I still don't see that it's needed.
