  • Depends on how many teeth your child has? Mashed potatoes, scrambled egg. Mashed up fruit. All soft foods.

  • My daughter is 13 months. I pretty much cut up what we are eating into small pieces and give that to her at dinner time. I do give her differnt stuff for bfast and lunch though. Heres an example of what she ate today:
1 pancake, torn into small pieces drizzled with a little lite syrup,1 scambled egg,1 container of dan-a-nino yogurt, some multigrain cheerios(about 15,dry no milk) and 4 oz apple juice
1 container of cut up mixed fruit, cottage cheese, unsalted saltine crackers

corned beef, potatoes, carrots (all cut up into small pieces)

For snacks in between meals today she's had pineapples, shredded cheddar cheese,a grahm cracker

I'm trying to figure out what to feed my 13 month old too! She seems to be getting slightly pickier every day! lol
If its healthy,I can cut it up and she will eat it, I give it to her.
She likes avacodo too, thats a good one to try

  • Oh and she still takes 2 bottles of milk, once in the morning and once before bed at night. Thats my next goal, to break her from the bottle! lol.

  • DD eats anything we do, and has for months (she is 15 months now) her favorites are avocado, sweet potato, chicken in any form, pineapple, mango, tomato, olive, apple, pear, strawberry, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, toast, french toast, waffles, We don't have a picky eater yet, so I'm trying to introduce as much variety as I can. For snacks she loves dried fruit mixes, I make a sort of custom trail mix: cheerios, dried fruit, yogurt bites, goldfish, and maybe puffs. Keeps her happy when we're out because it's all her favorites in one bowl. For meals, really anything we're eating she'll eat, so we just give her table food. She started that around a year, maybe a little earlier, just started hating the puree texture and anything less substantial than our food.
