diet

is there a diet pill or drink that make you feel full longer? do those shots work? i for got wat there called but there like a drinkable shot that make you feel full so you eat less. let me know your dietary plans and results please

  • just drink a glass of water before you sit down to eat a meal. chug it!!! makes ya feel full so you dont et as much, i've been doing that for a while now, and it actually kinda works!! plus its free!!!!!!!! :)

  • Eat more fiber (whole fruits & veggies, whole grains, etc), eat less refined sugar & sodium, drink more water.

  • eat raw veggies when you are hungry. carrots and celery sticks are great! make sure your carbs are brown...focus on getting 5 veggies a day! drink your water. 1/2 of your body weight in ounces is a good place to start.

  • Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
