Babies head

I am 40 weeks pregnant and dilated to 4. The babies head has been down and in place for some time, but recently moved his head so that it is not up against the cervix anymore. He's still head down, but is there anything I can do to get his head in the right spot?

  • I would try doing some squatiing or getting down on your hands and knees for a bit and doing pelvic tilts. I don't know for sure that it will help, but it can't hurt. With the squatting you might get a little help from gravity. Good luck!

  • the baby will probably go into position when ready...any moment now!!!
you could see a chiropractor to be sure that your pelvis is in proper position, allowing the most room for your baby to move.
