  • lol ya it was his older brother that painted him so i dont think it would be fair hes only 1 but ya she should of kept it up i have mine in a lock thing

  • I don't think anything but remover will remove nail polish....I don't know how it will effect the hair, though.... Maybe get as much out as possible with remover....give it some time to wear off....and cut off the rest. I would never cut a child's hair for punishment, though....that sounds humiliating.
