what is in tortilla shells that are good for a pregnant person to eat?

  • In the corn ones there is fiber. The white flour ones have pretty zero going for them..kinda like white bread. Whole wheat ones are better.

    are you trying to get validation that they are OK to eat while pregnant?

    they are just flour, water, and eggs or corn meal, water, and eggs depending on the type you get.

    they aren't exactly healthy, not exactly unhealthy either though.

  • i eat the soft whole wheat tortillas. i make wraps out of them, or bake them and dip them in salsa, or make bean burritos with peppers, onions, and corn.

    check the ingredients list though cuz i'm sure some have bad stuff like high fructose corn syrup.
