  • Send me a PM... Got some great recipes, ideas, etc. Like you, I do not diet- its a way of life. Eat well, be well.  I also have 3 kids, so time & money are a factor as well.

  • Good ideas. With my daughter I craved sweets so I went on a huge baking kick. not good. After the baby, I went through my baking cupboard and threw away everything. (I thought my poor kids would miss the cookies-but they love fruits n vegi's thank goodness) yeah-money is a factor but I stay home so time is alright :) I heard pine nuts but hello...who can afford pine nuts except every now and then?

  • Anything really high in fiber will be filling, such as beans, oatmeal, apples, and bran. I like to make a big batch of bran muffins and eat them as snacks when I'm craving things that are badfor me and sweet. I also find almonds to be very satisfying.
