how to help my younger brother deal with his marriage

hi cafe mom's I recently heard that my younger brother's wife left him and took their 6 year old daughter and he has no idea where they are he has no money and no phone he has been married for seven years and I feel really bad no one in the family has no idea what happend how can I help him he loves his little girl very much

  • Just remind him of your love, and that if possible you'll help him find her. I would check with her family. There must have been some reason she left though...but it's not right she didn't tell your bro that she was or where she went.

  • He could contact the police....One parent disappearing with a child is a recognized form of kidnapping, and the police could help with locating his kid.

  • Yeah, he needs to get this in front of a judge and get a motion to present the child in court so the matter of temporary custody can be dealt with. If he blows this off and lets dust collect then he's not going to be able to get a result he will like.
