What exactly does it do? I was going to go to the GNC store & look at buying some. Any suggestion on what kind? I workout 4-5 times a week & need to add more protein to my diet so I am hearing! LOL!

You need protein to build and maintain muscle. Whey protein is a milk protein and is a great source! I get mine from bodybuilding.com, they have the best prices! This is the one I use. It's not the BEST tasting one but I like that it's all natural and doesn't use artificial sweeteners.
