I am using my sisters videos only can get in 3days a week need to keep doing it and stay motivated . I like the workouts but it is hard to do with 3 kids . as a sahm you would think I would have all the time in the day to workout .. Not .. I don't get on the computer much . I know that thought well if you have enough time to be on the computer then you have enough time to work out. I have a 3 month old girl 3and5 year old boys the boys like to workout with me but sometimes they are getting in the way. I can not tell them not to workout it is healthy for them.
Anyone trying the workout or anyother workout got any clues to what I am talking about!! I kinda feel alone here even though I know I am not the only mom trying to lose weight. I wish all of you out there the best being a mom is hard I am happy to find cafemom support when I need it Thanks to you all..
