What can I make with kiwi?

My husband bought about 6 kiwi's....don't know why. But other than just slicing them and eating them...what can i make with them? Desserts? Anybody with ideas?

  • Yeah, I was going to say pizza as well. I think you just make something like a huge sugar cookie as the crust, some sort of sweet sauce or frosting as the sauce, add various fruits, kiwis included of course, shave white chocolate over the top for cheese. drizzle with chocolate etc. I'm sure there are a lot of fruit pizza recipes online.

My mom used to cut the kiwis up, cut up a few bananas and just fold them into cool whip. It made a very refreshing fruit salad!

  • Add sliced strawberries, diced mango and sliced bananas to diced kiwi for a great ice cream or shortcake topping.

  • my daughter LOVES kiwi, I mix a chopped up kiwi into cottage cheese for her, it's one of her favorites :)
I hate cottage cheese though, so I can't vouch for that one
