dirty toilet help

I am absolutely HORRIBLE about cleaning toilets!! What's the best thing to clean a seriously neglected, nasty toilet with? Thanks

  • If you have calcium deposited, it is crusty brown stuff that won't come off, then you can use Lime Away, or CLR. I would soak it on a rag and place it on the area for 10 minutes. Then I would get a pumice stone and scrub until it comes off. A steam cleaner is also great for a really funky toilet because it will spray all the nooks and crannies around the toilet seat.

  • Gloves, Clorox Wand and scrubbin' bubbles. ....and old fashioned elbow grease! I HATE HATE HATE the toilet too. But, I also HATE HATE HATE a dirty toilet. I mean, our naked bums are on it! eeew! So, it gets cleaned at least 3x a week....and more depending on the usage.
