Do all of your kids have the same blood type?

I'm trying to figure out what my husband's blood type is. His sister is o positive and they have the same parents. Would that make him o positive as well?

  • nope if they were I would not have problems concieving. Your blood type is more than just + or -, but it can also have ++, - -, -+, and + -. positive are normally more dominant than negatives.
