How?

Recently I noticed that a lot of the journals, in that forum, have pretty backgrounds attached to them, and I want to know how I can do this to mine, because they still look exactly the same as they always have. Is there some special widget I need? Please help!

go to " my journals" and on the right hand side off by your pic it will say edit colors and styles.
