When did you stop breastfeeding?

First baby at 8 weeks, he had breathing issues (what they now refer to as RSV at the time it wasnt considered common) so the medication, multiple hospital trips and then finding that his breathing was better on a soy formula led to weaning him.

second baby a month before his 3rd birthday I was pregnant with #3 and having horrible morning sickness and he got tired of it and self weaned lol.

third baby around her 3rd birthday, its kind of foggy when exactly it happened life was crazy around that time.

I would do it all again, I wish I could have breastfed my first longer but I am happy we got those first 8 weeks in.

I stopped with my son at 11 mths. I wanted to go the full yr but he started biting to the point of bringing blood so I was done!

My daughter self-weaned at 23 months.

13 months.

With my dd after 5 days for medical reasons. With my son he weaned at 15 months.

16 months for my son, 19 months for my daughter.

7months, 8 months and my youngest is 13 months and still going!

7 months with my first and 13 months with my second.

6 weeks with my first cause i was uneducated on the subject and 9 months with my second,. she prefers food over breastmilk or formula.
