  • Pascal's Wager, really? Not a convincing argument from the non-believers standpoint so it won't change our minds. Sorry

  • Not to mention that it shouldn't be about "Winning or losing" but becoming a better individual. One doesn't need god in order to become a better person.

  • no body loses anything, the christian god is as real as the muslim god and the hindu gods.you're either a good person or you're not and if you're being good because you're afraid of a metaphysical bitch slap, that's still selfish and self centerd...fail

  • I'm telling you there's a man outside your house who will murder you once you go out of the door.

Who has most to lose? The person who believes and stays inside for the rest of their life or the person who dares go outside because they are willing to question my statement?

  • The Christians/Religious do. Because they think an invisable god is going to save them in the end. Atheists do not believe they are going to be saved by anyone.

  • In either case, there is no proper answer.

If to be benevolent for it's own sake even in the absence of belief is sufficient to condemn a man, god is not worth worshipping, and should be opposed.

If there is no afterlife, you lose nothing by worshipping a god you wouldn't lose when you died regardless.

I would like to take a third option, please.
