  • Healthy or fried? :) I love a simple chicken baked in cream of mushroom soup,sour cream and garlic salt or or cream of mushroom & white wine. I also like to cut chicken in half for a skinny piece dip in egg and then dip in Italian breadcrumbs mixed with fresh grated permasan & diced onions and fry in evoo and top with spahgetti sauce or homemade marinara & shredded mozzarella & bake till warm & melty! It is my version of chicken parmesana-If you want to do something easy and not from scratch-Sun Luck General Szo's chicken in the asian food isle 9sold in a little packet-with directions on the back) It is soooo good and Spicy!

  • I make lots of healthy foods with chicken breast...chicken pot pie, noodle soup, mango pineapple stirfry, chicken tacos, chicken and dumplings, chicken veggie packets, grilled chicken salads with spring mix and cranberries and walnuts...if you want recipes pm me.

  • Sweet n sour chicken....

    you can by the sweent n sour sauce already made.... in oriental Isle.

    I use fresh or canned pineapple. I saute the pineapple onions, red, and green bell pepers. you can use any bell peppers. together in the pineapple juice from the can. or in light olive/veggie oil.

    Cook chopped chicken all the way.... throw in sauted or raw veggies.... Then throw in the already made sweet n sour sauce..... mix and serve or let it boil together to gather flavor.

    EASIEST thing.... TASTY as can be. Inexpensive too.

  • Chicken Alfredo


    * 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast, cut into 3/4 inch chunks
    * 2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    * 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    * salt and pepper


    * 8 oz. cream cheese
    * 1/2 c. butter
    * 3/4 c. milk
    * 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    * 1/2 tsp. white pepper (may also use black pepper)

    16 oz. cooked spaghetti, linguini, fettucini or angel hair pasta


    Cook chicken in olive oil with garlic and salt and pepper. While chicken is cooking, melt cream cheese and butter together in saucepan. Stir until smooth. Stir in milk, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Pour chicken and juices over spaghetti in a serving dish, then top with sauce and sprinkle parsley on top.

  • Sesame Chicken


    * 3 whole boneless chicken breasts


    * 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    * 1 tablespoon cooking wine or dry sherry or water
    * 3-5 drops sesame oil
    * 2 tablespoons flour
    * 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    * 2 tablespoons water
    * 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    * 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    * 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
    * 1 teaspoon vegetable oil


    * 1 cup water
    * 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
    * 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    * 4 teaspoons soy sauce
    * 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    * 2 garlic cloves, minced
    * 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    * 1 green onion, thinly slice
    * 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
    * 3 1/2-4 cups peanut or vegetable oil (for frying)

  • Cut the chicken into small, approximately 1-inch cubes. Add the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes. While the chicken is marinating, prepare the sauce.

    Mix together all of the sauce ingredients except for the green onion. Pour them into a small pot and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to a low and keep warm while you are deep-frying the chicken.

    Heat oil for deep-frying. When the oil is ready, add the marinated chicken a few pieces at a time, sliding them into oil carefully, and not to overcrowd. Deepfry until golden brown. Remove the cooked chicken pieces from the oil and drain on paper towels. Repeat with the remainder of the chicken.

    Just before you are finished deep-frying, bring the sauce back up to a boil. Mix in the green onion. Place the chicken on a large platter and pour sauce over. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve over rice.

    1 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained

    2 garlic cloves, minced OR 1 tsp. minced garlic

    1 6 oz. box chicken flavored stuffing mix

    1/2 c. water

    1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized chunks

    1 tsp. dried basil

    1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tomateos with liquid in medium bowl. Add garlic, stuffing mix and water; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside

    Place chicken in 13 x 9 baking dish; sprinkle with basil & cheese. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced thin

    8 oz. salsa

    1 8 oz. can corn, drained (I used frozen)

    1 15 oz. can black beans, drained

    1/2 c. shredded taco or monterey pepper jack cheese, grated

    2 c. cooked rice

    Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat. Add chicken, cook on medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in salsa, corn and beans and heat through . Sprinkle with cheese. You can also choose to add the rice before sprinkling with cheese. Remove from heat and let set until cheese melts a bit. Serve over the rice if you didn't mix it in.

  • Chicken Parmesan

    * 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    * 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    * 1 egg, beaten
    * 4 - 5 chicken breast halves
    * 3 Tbsp. margarine
    * 1 c. spaghetti sauce
    * 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    * hot cooked spaghetti

    Cut chicken into serving size pieces. Combine bread crumbs and grated Parmesan. Melt margarine in an electric skillet at 350 degrees. Dip chicken in egg then roll in bread crumbs and place in skillet. Brown on each side, then top with spaghetti sauce and cover. Cook at 250 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over chicken. Cover and continue cooking for another 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over hot spaghetti with extra spaghetti sauce.
