Left Over Ham

I'm trying to think of ways to use my left over ham. I have a good chunk of it left and don't want to just throw it away. It was already pre-cooked and I cooked it in the crockpot so it's moist and yummy! I really like "rolling" left overs into another meal, but just can't seem to come up with one for ham. Any ideas?!

(PS. I already though of omelets, but we aren't big fans of them).

  • My sister made a faked "cordon blue" casserole with left over ham.

She cut it with chicken strips added cream of mushroom soup, topped that with swiss cheese, and then topped that with prepared stuffing.

Sorry, I don't know the exact measurements, but it turned out pretty yummy.
