Out of energy constantly, what can I do?

  • check your iron levels.

    I was exhausted. could barely move, got it checked and ended up being anemic.

  • Eat healthier.
    Exercise.
    Drink more water.
    Get more sleep.
    Have your iron and thyroid checked.

  • I agree w/ all of these. I work out to get energy but I recently had my bloodwork done.

  • Try taking iron and vitamin B12 and go to a doctor and get blood work done.

  • Don't take anything until you go to the dr. Excessive amounts of vitamins can do damage. Have them do a thryoid check and a CBC-differential and make sure they look closesly at your Iron, B, D, and thryroid. Sometimes you may have low levels of something like Iron, B or D, but it could also by hypothyroidism. Make sure your dr really listens to you. I'm only 28 but I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and it took a really good dr who listened to my symptoms to diagnose me and get me on the right path.
