  • there is no extra nutritional value to crust, it is a bit of a waste but not much. If my kids insist on not having crusts, I don't make them eat it. I have a sandwich cutter that cuts it right off without any fuss.

  • I leave it on. If they don't want it, they don't eat it. There isn't any extra nutrition in the crust. It is all the same bread.

  • We learned shapes by crust or no. If I cut it in 4 squares he will not eat it. If I cut it in triangles, He eats the crust. I dont get it.

  • My son refuses to eat it (texture thing). He doesn't like anything crunchy or hard. I did not start him on this and I really don't care. I have things I refuse to eat so why can't he?
