So, can I get an ACTUAL COPY of the written reform bill that was signed?

Or is it all still in the boughs?

This is rediculous. I don't even know in freakin' PLAIN AND SIMPLE ENGLISH wtf this bill is supposed to mean to me! All I know for SURE is that I will be PENALIZED for NOT buying Health Insurance!

Well, guess what? I can't afford it. Does that mean I'll get on state aid? Federal aid? WTH is going on?!

This site has links to the full text of all congressional bills.

Not sure that will help you much on the "plain english" aspect of it. Legislation tends to be written in legalese.
