drink green tea, get up and walk around, challenge yourself to leave with a clean desk. I try to race thru 2 projects then do soemthing fun, then get 2 more done. I have to play mental games with myself or I get bored. Make sure you are eating protien...carbs make you sleepy. Sugar will make p go up then crash too so avoid it. Out on some lively music!
