  • I think a lot of people just have a hard time deciphering all the "legaleze", know what I mean? Any legal document tends to be pretty non-user friendly, heh.

  • Just remember, Sebelious will be making rules and regulations as well as making 150+ new committees, boards and institutions that will be enacting all these new rules and regulations. Thats why most of this won't go into effect for 4 or more years. This bill is just a smidge of what will really be enacted in the end.
