  • Get counseling through your ob, set up an appointment tomorrow if office closed now. Your baby can not grow with out your healthy chemicals and hormones and nutrients through your food and body!!

This is a time you must focus on your baby's health not what you're unhappy about.

Even if your doctor's office is closed tonight you can still call them and get a call back. That will put your foot in the door for an appointment to get set up. Call now and just say you're not feeling good, the answering service will call doctor to call you back tonight.

Then tell doctor how you're feeling, tonight, and what's going on. Your baby needs you to care about it by eating well and also additionally going to your doctor care of you and baby.

    Hurry make the call!!!

  • yes!! it is VERY different bc you would intentionally, knowingly be causing harm to not only yourself, but depriving your baby of essential nutrienst. you should definately talk to your doctor, they could set you up in counseling and/or a treatment program. you really need to do something bc its a dangerous thing for anyone, pregnant or not.

please get help, and i wish you the best of luck and health!

  • It's different in that it's forced, and purposely for the idea of not gaining weight like you should be. You'll be slowly killing yourself, and in turn, your baby.

  • It's VERY different for many reasons.

#`1- Women who have severe morning sickness to where they are holding absolutely NOTHING down are usually treated with medications to help control it and in the most severe cases they are hospitalized. The average women will have mild morning sickness that causes them to vomit at certain times of the day but they don't not lose all of their food. In those cases it's not harmful to mom or baby because not all of the nutrients leave the body.

#2- Women without eating disorders have fat stores that allow for a small amount of weight loss in the beginning of the pregnancy without causing harm to the baby. Women with eating disorders do not have these fat stores.

#3- A large amount of hormones that protect the baby is the cause of morning sickness which is why women who are morning sickness are less likely to miscarry. Vomiting are purpose with the hormones is NOT the same!

  • If you starve your body by vomitting you will starve your baby. You need to get help! This is a mental illness that will kill you and your baby.

YOU NEED to gain 25-30 pounds if by any chance you are still at a normal weight and 35+ if you are underweight. The weight is fluid, baby, breast tissue, placenta and extra blood volume. It's not very much extra fat and if you breastfeed afterwards it will go away quickly.

This is a MENTAL ILLNESS and you MUST get help if you want you baby to live!
