  • Steamed with sea salt and butter. Can't get much simpler than that.
Saute' in a EVOO, just before done add 1 TBSP butter, 1tsp concentrated orange juice, 1 TBSP soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon ginger.

  • I love it steamed, with cheese or broccoli and cheese soup, with a little bacon bits for flavor

  • My latest fav is roasted...preheat oven to 400-425, spread broccoli on a cookie sheet, drizzle with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, roast for 15-20 mins, remove, sprinkle with shredded parm cheese, roast for another 5 mins. OMG, crunchy and delicious and so much flavor. Love it!

  • I steam it and serve with butter, salt & pepper, or cheese. You can chop it up (raw), add chopped onions, raisins, crmbled bacon, Miracle Whip, mix and serve. Chop up along with carrots & cauliflower, mix with some ranch dressing. Cook pasta, add in chopped broccoli, chopped ham, cheese, dressing (ranch, Miracle Whip, Italian, whatever you like). I also like to mix it in to various casseroles & soups. We eat a lot of broccoli.
