  • You actually receive your SAR results back very quickly. This will tell you if you are eligible. From there it goes to your school of choice, and they actually will determine what you are eligible for. You will receive a letter stating what you can possibly get and if you would like to do so, only then do you sign the final papers.

  • you're not actually awarded'll tell you how much you're entitled to and then you need to go find the loans and scholarships

  • About a week, I believe. You should get an award letter in the mail or through the school.

  • If you filled it out at your school with a financial aid assistant they will tell you right there how much you are awarded. You have to figure out the diffrence of loans (what you have to pay back) and Grants (which you dont have to pay back).
