any 1 else on a diet? what did u have for bfest?

i just had bottle water and light nonfat raspberry yogurt!

  • I am on low carb ----but I had a cookie when I woke up lol....

    here in a little bit after my daughter gets up, I am going to make eggs though....

  • Piece of toast with sugar free jelly, an orange (usually half, as my 2 year old takes the other half), and a large glass of crystal light. Good luck with your diet :)

  • I am not on a "diet" per se, but I eat super healthy. For breakfast I had a bowl of oat and almond cereal with skim milk and a banana.

  • I don't diet as a rule. I have just been being more aware of what I eat and am working on portion control. I usually have an apple, or banana with Dannon Light & Fit yougurt and my coffee. Or I will have whole grain toast with 1 tbsp peanut butter, depends on my mood. I can't eat a big meal first thing, but I make myself eat something every morning.

  • I am on a diet. I wake up and drink a glass of water with lemon. 30 minutes later I eat either oatmeal or a low fat yogurt (fiber one 50 calories) and a piece of fruit.
