  • i use beef and beans, kidney beans pinto beans and black beans! if it weren't for dh, i would probably leave out the beef.

  • My husband makes ours.He uses kidney beans, hamburg, onion, chili powder and a few other things.It is the best!

  • Kidney beans, kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, either ground beef or finely chopped cooked chicken, onions, Chili powder.NO salt.

    Sometimes we will add ground pork too.

  • my chili that i make either has beef, or chicken, and tons of beans. black beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, chili mix, sometimes corn, onions.
    however, i buy the hormel chili for chili-dogs, and i dont like that kind with beans.

  • It can or you can leave them out, either way is fine. My chili's main ingredients are beef and stewed tomatoes.
