angus steak

i have an angus tbone steak (lol i think!). the net weight is 1.22

i need any advice or suggestions on how to cook it-- it'll be ontop of the stove.

  • melt some butter... place steak in pan... sprinkle ... garlic, parsley, onion or just salt and pepper spices on uncooked side...
    flip, do same on the other side... cook until it's done for you...
    I like mushrooms with mine, you can do onions also... toss salad as a side dish....

  • The "angus" part of it doesn't affect how you'll cook it - it cooks the same as pretty much any other good t-bone. I would never cook a steak on top of the stove though, no matter what cut or kind.

  • how would you cook the steak then? other than a grill cuz its snowing right now and i dont even know how to work the grill. lol i just wanna surprise my BF with a nicely cooked steak and salad and baked potato and all that other crap for his birthday dinner..
