you can lose weight while breastfeeding. you should do this by eating very nutritious foods. if you do not supply your body with needed nutrients, your body will rob your body for nutrients needed for your breast milk. eat brown carbs, eat tons of veggies, a few fruits, lean meats, nuts...cut the processed foods, drink lots of water.
