  • at 14 weeks my babys heart rate was at 160, at 20 weeks it was 152 and I found out yesterday we're having a baby girl!

  • I would say girl. I've always heard that if the heart rate is 150 or above, it's a girl, anything below, it's a boy. I have two girls and their heart rates were always 150 or above...

  • My babys HR was 140+ and its a boy so you cant go by that. My husband was supposed to be a girl back in the day when they didn't have US. Good luck though!

  • aefranc, I'm having a boy, at least so says the ultrasound, and his heartbeat has been in the 145-150 range.

  • Mine was 152 the other day and I think its a boy...could be wrong, but its fun to guess, isn't it? lol

  • Since you're more than 12 weeks I'd say girl, though I think you are right on the line and it could go either way. Even my boy had a rate in the 160's up until 10 to 12 weeks, but after that his was 145 - 150. One of my girls stayed in the 170's throughout pregnancy, but the other stayed around 150 - 160.
