What is a good workout plan or workout program to do during your pregnancy?

  • I swam laps 3 days a week for half an hour and I also walked for an hour the rest of the week. Swimming is great b/c it's so easy on your joints with all that extra weight. Just make sure your heart rate doesn't go above 130, that's what I read anyway.

  • I walk, do my Wii Fit and use Tracey Mallet's Pregancy program.

  • I did yoga, ran up until around 6 months and after that walked. But really it depends on what you were doing before you got pregnant. You should discuss it with your OB

  • i did yoga and we walked a lot, whether in the grocery store, the mall or down our driveway. i felt so much better excercising while i was pregnant. i wouldnt go through pregnancy without it! :D
