  • I would give it another month. Make sure you are alternating breasts and ona pretty good schedual(most babbies set their own)

  • Your body is trying to ge on a schedule of the baby feeding. Don't worry this is normal and in about 2 to 4 weeks your breasts will go back to normal size and shape.

  • It can take up to 3 months. Some people continue to leak for several months, it just depends on the individual.
Make sure you are letting baby nurse for as long as he/she likes on one side before offering the other side. Let baby decide whether to take one or two breasts per feeding. When you follow baby's lead they usually do a pretty good job of regulating your supply. When you start watching the clock instead of watching the baby (when to feed, how long to feed per breast etc.) that is what can mess things up, so to speak.
Hang in there! Things will balance out eventually!

  • took about 6weeks for everything to calm down and get a routine. the more regular you feed the easier it is.

  • Yeah, it can take a little while, because just as your supply begins to regulate, some babies go through a growth spurt, and that ups your production. I think by 3 mos, maybe even sooner, things will be as normal as they will get.
