  • I love cooking whole chickens. I don't think the skin is very human. It's more slimy. Now pig skin is a whole different ballpark.

  • chicken skin is the same whether or not its whole or cut up.I don't understand what's so different in yours.Are you used to skinless,boneless?

  • Raw meat totally skeeves me! I cook it all the time, but I never get used to it. and yes, skin is gross, lol.

    its ham that gets me...when the skin still has stubbly bits on it. ick.

    but it doesn't stop me from cooking it.
