Healthy dinner ideas needed!

My hubby and I make our meals centered around "The Zone," and I'm tired of making the same, or same-tasting, things over and over. Suggestions for recipe sites where we can get healthy, easy recipes? We try and stay away from the processed stuff as well. Thanks!

    I just found this site yesterday and was pretty excited about all the tasty-sounding recipes. I don't know what the zone diet is but this site has all sorts of things, dinner for 2 plans, dinner for kids, diabetic recipes, heart healthy recipes, etc. It even has a a 30 day menu plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus healthy desserts. Definately worth checking out!

  • I made this recipe the other night just experimenting, and it was delicious! Try it! Super healthy and really yummy.

    Try Grilled Chicken with Pace Salsa and a side of yellow rice with veggies.

    Season & Grill the chicken and heat up in a bowl 2 cups of pace salsa. Pour the salsa on top of the chicken when you are ready to serve. You can bake the chicken with the salsa also, or do it on the stovetop.

    In a saucepan put 2 cups of rice with 4 cups of water. Add a pinch of saffron, salt and pepper & 1 tbs of butter. When the rice is done and fluffy, mix in some frozen peas, corn, carrots, and green beans.

  • here one for you
    chicken and rice

    chicken leg quaters half them up
    celery carrots onion
    cream of chicken (2 cans)
    and seasonings you like

    half up the chicken quarters season and put a side
    chop up celery carrots and onion diced
    mixx 2 cans of cream of chicken and 2 cans water mix till not lumpy

    mix carrots,celery,onion,cream of chk and water with the rice in to the glass ware you will use to bake
    add more water to cover rice about a half inch mix
    put chicken on top
    cover with foil and bake for 45-55 min 350-375F
    or untill rice is done
    and serve with any green
