ughhh our relationship is aggravating sometimes!!

me and my SO love each other to death, but we fight sooo much and it's getting ridiculous. sometimes i feel like its never going to end. we tried the whole "pick your battles" thing, but he says he can't just forget about something or hold it inside if it's bothering him. im not sure what else we can do. one thing that has worked for us is if we start getting into a heated argument, we just end it. stop talking. cool down. and talk tomorrow. that seems to work sometimes, but not EVERY time. anyone have any suggestions on how to not fight so much? or what do you do to fix it?

  • Fighting can be healthy in a relationship if it's done right.
There are a few different websites about "how to fight fair". They give really good advice and if you and your SO both adhere to the guidelines then your arguing will be productive, not destructive.

If you google "how to fight fair", lots will come up and they all basically say the same things.

  • Probably need to call this one off. Doesn't sound like you have much of a future with this one.
