Swollen toes

My toes are so swollen I cant even bend them all the way. When I bend them even a little they burn so bad. I dont have any ankle swelling or even my feet, its just my toes. Is this normal? How do you make the swelling go down? Oh im 38 weeks prego .

  • Drink water and the swelling will go down. The swelling usually starts at the feet and works it's way up the legs so yes I'd say it's normal. I had a lot of swelling in my first pregnancy and as soon as I got myself hydrated it would always go down.

How has your blood pressure been throughout this pregnancy?

  • Also try propping your feet up. I had swelling in the last couple of days and it would usually go down after I sat with my feet up for about an hour or so.
